GC products are designed to be installed on any masonry wall or drywall that has been built to satisfy local building codes.
As a LAUNCH PROMOTION, we are offering FREE DELIVERY until 30th November 2018, thereafter our flat rate fee of only R350 will apply for any size order for delivery to a single address. (Refer also to terms and conditions for delivery and return policy)
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these instances, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
Shipping to major cities takes 2 to 3 days and elsewhere in the country 3 to 5 days. Estimated manufacturing time for our products is 15 working days once proof of payment is received in GC’s bank account.
We will give you an accurate lead time commitment based on current production capacity once payment has been received.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that our products may be carried from the courier’s vehicle to the place of installation, including carrying through gateways, pathways, doorways, lobbies, passages, stairs, lifts, and within your premises.
It is not the courier’s responsibility to deliver our products to the final place of installation, and any offer to assist in this regard must not be construed as an obligation as part of the delivery instruction. While we, and the courier, may offer to deliver our product/s to the final place of installation, our responsibility, as well as the courier’s responsibility, terminates at the public street address.
E-mail us with the products you are interested in and we will send you the shipping alternatives with costs options.
Our manufacture time is 15 working days after the order is placed, and proof of payment is received in our account. Thereafter, it takes approximately 3-5 working days for delivery to follow. Deliveries occur on weekdays within normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Going Contemporary makes use of reputable contracted third-party couriers with a national delivery network.
The number of items you have ordered may not necessarily correspond with the number of cartons delivered on the waybill as more than one item may be packaged in a carton. The most important thing you should do is to ensure that the number of cartons delivered to you matches with the quantity listed on the waybill. Do not sign for goods you have not received. If the packaging has noticeable damages, please note this on the waybill and report any damages or shortages to us within two business days. We advise you read our Terms and Conditions for a more detailed information.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Going Contemporary (Pty) Ltd is not registered for Value Added Tax [VAT].
Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus shipping charges calculated on the day of shipping.
Going Contemporary reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
All of your order details will be saved online in the Your Account section available for use whenever you wish to make further purchases. This information remains confidential and is not divulged to any unauthorised person/s whatsoever.
Should Going Contemporary reduce the price on any shipped product/s within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Once you have added your item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Going Contemporary as a beneficiary on your internet banking. Use your unique order number in the beneficiary reference line for your payment. This will ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products. Failure to add the unique order number will result in your payment remaining unallocated to your purchase.

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit by going into your bank and physically making a direct deposit there. Please email your deposit slip to us at info@GoingContemporary.co.za to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Email our office to arrange collection. A service fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund on receipt of the product back at our premises if it is appropriately repackaged and in good condition. If it is damaged, we will contact you to discuss further deductions.

Limitation of Responsibility
Because we are not able to assess the suitability of the wall you have chosen to hang our product on, it is your responsibility to make sure that the wall is structurally sound, and that there are no sub-surface services such as electric cables, water pipes, gas lines or any such service that may be damaged when drilling into the wall or hanging the unit.
